It’s time for the 2019 VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP!

The Seton Carnival is just around the corner. Hundreds of volunteers are needed to make our carnival a success, and it cannot happen without you! 

We are excited to provide the easy to use online volunteer website again this year. Just go to the website https://setoncarnival.ivolunteer.com, click on Seton Carnival(2019), choose your preferred area and time to work, then click volunteer and enter your information. It’s that simple!

AGAIN THIS YEAR – 7th Grade will be hosting the always popular, extremely fun, Cake Walk!

  • 7th grade students and parents are asked to volunteer for a shift at the Cake Walk (or a game booth) to support their school. Students may use the same e-mail address as a parent, just enter the students name when you fill in the information. If the Cake Walk slots are filled, 7th grade students may work in a game booth along with a parent. Forms will be signed for confirmation service hours, if needed.
  • Each parent is expected to work at least one shift during the carnival. By signing up early you will have the best opportunity to find a shift that fits in perfectly with your schedule.
  • Parents who are volunteering through Men’s Club, Knights of Columbus, or are in an area not listed on the website (i.e. Security, etc.), please send an e-mail with that information to Ronna Thornhill, so that you will not be assigned another shift.
  • For those few who are not available to work on June 7-8, we have opportunities to help with pre and post picnic needs.  Contact Ronna Thornhill to set up your shift.

It’s quick and easy, so please sign up for your shift(s) today! Those families who have not volunteered through the website by Sunday May 19, will be contacted and assigned their shift(s).
